After you choose a loan officer, the button opens that officer's secure mortgage application. The application is separate from the general website inquiry form.
What if I don't have a loan officer?
Choose the 'I don't have a loan officer' option. For now, it routes you to Mark Howard's secure application so the Colibri team can begin helping you.
Is the mortgage application secure?
The application opens on the secure loan-application platform used by the selected loan officer. Use that portal for the personal and financial information required for a mortgage application.
Can I speak with a loan officer before applying?
Yes. Visit the Meet the Team page to review the available loan officers and choose a consultation with a specific person before you apply.
